Lauren utilizes her background as a physical therapist to create a massage program designed specifically to address you and your body's needs.
ABOUT LAUREN
Lauren is both a Licensed Physical Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist. She achieved her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2016 from Campbell University located in Buies Creek, NC; and her Certificate in Massage Therapy in 2022 from Colorado School of Healing Arts located in Lakewood, CO. Lauren utilizes her background in PT throughout her approach of massage by treating each client/patient specific to their needs. Lauren specializes in treating muscular/joint injuries, neuromuscular dysfunction, deep tissue, neuromuscular reeducation, muscle imbalances, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors snowboarding, hiking, camping, and playing frisbee with her dog.
