THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Therapeutic massage techniques target discomfort to restore your body back to a tension free state by stretching and manipulation of the muscles.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage techniques use firm pressure along with slow strokes to massage deep into the layers of your muscles as well as the connective tissues that surround the muscles.
